Neptunemon is bugged since they set him up to appear when its 00:00 in korea (reset time in DMO), so because of it it broke down the raid like last event as well and he doesnt spawn xd

Please change timer to 8AM PST or 6AM PST a little change will not break him, also extend event for 1 week due to this issue.
