I already logged in yesterday in my time zone and got the Log-In Time Event Rewards and claimed them. Today the event started but for me is the same day and did not get the Adventurer's Log.

you need to fix the repeat quest! either drop the stamps in the inventory when we accept the quest or take them out as requirements to complete the, i repeat, the REPEAT quest.
