In months since I've started playing the game, this is the second time this message appeared, and both times happened since last update (the first one was on October, 31st, during the GMs attempt of event). By that time I didn't lose anything, but this time I coudn't get the two Meal Tickets after killing beelzemon. Is there a way to make it up for these items?

By the way, Im sending this message from another account, since my main account (the one on screenshot) is from Steam (beelzemon server), and I had no idea on how to contact the staff there.

P.S.: The only other application running b that time was the Chrome Browser.
