We had found that it seems like many our tamers are experiencing bugs 
in which unlocked evolution slots/enchanted skill points reset after re-logging in. 

We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. 
We recognized the issue during the weekend, and issue will be resolved at least in few days.

Please rest assured that we will compensate/restore lost possessions 
that occurred due to the mentioned bugs.
