We understand that many of you care deeply about maintaining a fair game environment, and we are fully aware that reports and concerns regarding macro usage have been continuously raised. We are closely reviewing the situation and monitoring related activities.

We sincerely appreciate all the feedback and reports you have provided. We also ask for your understanding that some time was required to verify the facts and prepare effective response measures.

As part of our follow-up actions, we would like to share the current directions we are preparing regarding macro countermeasures as outlined below.

1. Monitoring and Response System

* We continuously monitor abnormal activities in the game, and take immediate action when suspicious behavior is detected.
* We are also improving our internal processes and responsibilities to ensure consistent monitoring at all times.

2. Reporting and Communication

* We are reviewing improvements to the reporting system so that your reports can be handled more effectively.
* All submitted reports are reviewed through internal procedures, and we will provide clearer guidance on reporting standards and responses.

3. Technical Detection and Countermeasures

* We are using the security solution (XIGNCODE3) to detect and respond to unauthorized programs, with updates applied every three months to reflect the latest patterns.
* In addition, when new macros are identified, we work with the development team to update detection rules and expand blocking coverage.
* This dual system allows us to respond even between scheduled updates.
* Accounts identified through detection are reviewed and sanctioned accordingly, and newly identified patterns are continuously added to improve detection.

We will promptly and transparently share any additional updates or information through official notices,
