We would like to inform you in advance that the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy related to the use of our service will be revised as outlined below.
Please review the following changes for your reference when using our service.

  • Strengthening provisions regarding service restrictions and personal information protection for children under the age of 13
  • Clarification of responsibilities related to the protection and management of minor accounts
  • Additional provisions related to data security and management of minor accounts

4. Key Changes

  • Clarification of standards regarding service use by minors and legal guardian consent
  • Addition of a definition clause for “minor”
  • Addition of provisions allowing restrictions on the use of certain paid services and features
  • Addition of provisions regarding parental or legal guardian responsibility for minor account activities and payments
  • Addition of provisions allowing account restriction or deletion in cases of false information
  • Supplementation of dispute resolution provisions

1. Collection and use of personal information

Parents must register their own information without providing their child's information.[MOVEINTERACTIVE]'s services are not directed to children under the age of 13. Parents must register their own information without providing their child's information. Children under the age of 13 may not create or use a service account, regardless of parental or legal guardian consent. If the Company verifies or has reasonable suspicion that a user is under the age of 13, the Company may restrict, suspend, or delete the relevant account without prior notice. Users who are 13 years of age or older but have not reached the age of legal majority must use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If a minor uses the service, it is deemed that parental or legal guardian consent has been obtained. The Company may request relevant documents or information to verify such consent. If the user fails to submit or refuses to provide verification, the Company may restrict service use or terminate the account. The company does not collect or process personal information of children under the age of 13. If it is confirmed that personal information of a child under the age of 13 has been collected, the company may delete such information and restrict or terminate the associated account.

2. SERVICE

[MOVEINTERACTIVE] reserves the right to deny the provision of services to any individual or entity at any time and for any legally permissible reason, regardless of whether a violation of these Terms of Use has occurred.
By creating and using an account, you agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely accountable for all actions and activities conducted under your account credentials. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of security, you must promptly notify [MOVEINTERACTIVE] by contacting our Customer Support Center through the in-game settings or options menu.
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] reserves the right to deny the provision of services to any individual or entity at any time and for any legally permissible reason, regardless of whether a violation of these Terms of Use has occurred.
By creating and using an account, you agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely accountable for all actions and activities conducted under your account credentials. All activities conducted through a Minor’s account shall be deemed the responsibility of the user and the parent or legal guardian, and the Company shall not be liable for damages or disputes arising from the Minor’s use of the account. And, in order to protect minors or in accordance with service policies, the Company may restrict access to certain features of the Service, including paid services, virtual item trading, and community functions. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of security, you must promptly notify [MOVEINTERACTIVE] by contacting our Customer Support Center through the in-game settings or options menu.

7. Purchases /Payments / Refunds

Unused cash (Crowns) is refundable. You are solely responsible for maintaining control over your password to protect your User Account and any financial transactions associated with it.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to purchase the applicable services or virtual items, or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian.

[MOVEINTERACTIVE] is not liable for errors in purchases, issues with promo codes, or similar matters. It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility of your device and the service prior to making a purchase.

Unused cash (Crowns) is refundable. You are solely responsible for maintaining control over your password to protect your User Account and any financial transactions associated with it.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to purchase the applicable services or virtual items, or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian.

In these Terms, a “Minor” refers to a person who has not reached the legal age of majority under the laws of the country in which the user resides.

If a Minor uses the Service, it will be deemed that the consent of a parent or legal guardian has been obtained. The Company may request submission of relevant materials to verify such consent when necessary.

Also, if a Minor purchases paid services or virtual items, it shall be deemed that prior consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian, and the parent or legal guardian may be responsible for such payments. 
Even if a Minor makes a payment without parental or guardian consent, the Company may determine whether to issue a refund or cancel the payment at its reasonable discretion, taking into account usage records, payment records, and applicable laws.

[2] If customers encounter difficulties while using the game, they may seek assistance and guidance on resolving such issues through the customer center.
[3] If a customer experiences any damage or inconvenience caused by the actions of a Game Master (GM), they may submit a request for resolution or improvement via the customer center.
[4] To file an objection regarding restrictions on game use, customers must contact the customer service center. Please note that objections cannot be filed once the data retention period related to the basis of the restriction has expired.

[5] Parents or legal guardians are responsible for a minor’s account creation, use of the service, payments, and all related activities. The company may hold the parent or legal guardian jointly responsible for any issues arising from a minor’s use of the service.

9-3 Game Master (GM) Authority and Enforcement
(Precautions when using games and communities)
[1] Swift Action Against Disruptions:
GMs can respond promptly and take appropriate action against any behavior that interferes with the smooth operation of the game or harms the game environment. This may include restricting service use and providing follow-up information.
[2] Proportional Restrictions:
The level of restrictions applied will depend on the type and severity of the violation. In certain cases, a more lenient approach may be applied.
[3] Related Conduct:
Even if a specific rule is not directly violated, similar restrictions may be imposed if related misconduct is confirmed.
[4] System-Based Violations:
If operating policies are repeatedly violated using the same system information (e.g., IP address, PC), all accounts accessed from that system may face restrictions.
[5] Abnormal Game Use:
Repeated instances of abnormal game use may result in temporary restrictions on the system information associated with such behavior.
[6] Unfair Advantage and Item Recovery:
If an unfair advantage is gained, any associated goods or items may be retrieved. However, some items may not be recoverable.
[7] Legal Action:
Actions that severely disrupt the gaming environment may result in legal action.
[8] Account Rejoining After Policy Violations:
If an account is withdrawn and later rejoined after violating the policy, usage restrictions may continue for the duration of the original sanction period.
[9] Unauthorized Programs and Suspicious Transactions:
If unnormal transactions or the use of unauthorized programs are suspected, restrictions on game use and transactions may be imposed.
[10] Repeated Inquiries:
If game operations are disrupted due to repeated submission of identical inquiries, consultation services may be limited.
[11] Game playing Restrictions:
Restrictions may be applied if a player disrupts the games order, interfering with other players ability to enjoy the game.

The company shall not be responsible for any disadvantages resulting from such actions.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In the event of a dispute between the user and [MOVEINTERACTIVE], users are encouraged to contact us directly to seek a prompt resolution.
These Terms of Service, as well as any disputes arising from or related to them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any claims or disputes against [MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall be resolved exclusively in a court located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. By using the Services, the user agrees to this jurisdiction and venue.

In the event of a dispute between the user and [MOVEINTERACTIVE], users are encouraged to contact us directly to seek a prompt resolution.
These Terms of Service, as well as any disputes arising from or related to them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
However, if mandatory laws of the country where the service is provided or where the user resides apply, such mandatory laws (including but not limited to laws related to child protection, personal data protection, and consumer protection) may take precedence to the extent required by applicable law.

Any claims or disputes against [MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall be resolved exclusively in a court located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. By using the Services, the user agrees to this jurisdiction and venue.
