This is the DATS Center.
We have confirmed that, for some Tamers using Windows Defender, the Digimon Masters executable file is being mistakenly detected as malware by Windows Security (the default Windows protection program).
This false detection has been identified as an error in the Windows Defender program itself, and we are currently working closely with the relevant department to resolve the issue.
If you are unable to run the game due to this false detection, please refer to the instructions below for how to address the issue.
- Process Windows Security
2. Select “Virus & threat protection” under the main category
3. Go to “Virus & threat protection settings”, and then select “Manage settings”
4. Select “Add or remove exclusions.”
5. Upload the Digimon Masters folder under “Add an exclusion.”
