We announce that CM Dawn and Galax are disengaged from CM position and their accounts are suspended.

Due to recent account sharing by a specific user, CM Dawn and Galax have been abusing their accounts by acquiring items from that account, which is beyond the account holder’s awareness.
Acquisition of items from other accounts and theft of profits from them are all grounds for suspension, and as a result of controversy as a CM representing users, CM Dawn and Galax were dismissed from CM and decided their account to be suspended.

As a result of investigating the user account, many items were leaked, and involved users were temporarily suspended. We apologize for this. Items that could be retrieved after the investigation were returned to the user’s account, and suspensions were lifted for those who were involved.

In relation to this case, we have decided to revoke the user reporting authority of CMs that have recently emerged. Many users have the misconception that CMs are exploiting user reports to their advantage. Accordingly, we have been aware of this issue related to the authority and have decided to revoke the rights themselves.

Going forward, CMs will prioritize their role as representing users and handling bug reports, user access status, and in-game happenings on behalf of users.
