First of all, we would like to apologize again for any connection errors and issues that have occurred since the current server integration.

1. Connection failure issue
During the server integration process on 12.20, the amount of information per Tamer was excessive, which caused an increase in waiting time for access.
In this regard, it was resolved through maintenance, and the connection waiting time was shortened.
After the server integration, the amount of data loaded when connecting exceeded the allowable limit, resulting in disconnection.
This issue has been mitigated through maintenance on 12/21 and we will continue to implement data management for smooth access.

2. Digimon evolution slot issue
During the server integration, some Tamers’ Digimon evolution slots were locked.
Therefore, the first restoration was carried out through maintenance, and temporary maintenance will be conducted tomorrow (12/22) for the final restoration work.

The exact maintenance time and compensation will be announced again.

We know the worries of Tamers, so we will prepare to recover without omission.
We will try to fix it as soon as possible.
