Q. Do you have any plans to delete or retrieve the items that you have on Digimons and related products?
A. Digimons and related products in possession are still available and will not be deleted or recovered. Transaction status will remain the same.

Q. If I have Mysterious Factor item, can I scan the item?
A. Only sales and production (exchange) will be stopped. The probability and scanning will remain the same.

Q. Will Factor Exchange Ticket going to be deleted?
A. Factor Exchange Ticket will remain in the future, but restricted Digimons will be removed from the list.

Q. Is it possible to evolve and expand the evolution slot of the item after the restriction?
A. If you have the item, you can expand the evolution slot and evolve. However, some Digimon evolution routes will be changed in the future.
