Hello. Tamers!
At first, we apologize for an issue related with Hikari, Sora appearance! event.
According to our check,
The issue is that Change Tamer Name item not be provided to some users for Hikari & Sora package.
So, we will fix and do patch to be not reproduced again as soon as possible.
About specific plan for Tamer who already has purchased the packages,
We will plan a re-providing Change Tamer Name within Oct 8, 2015 Joymax standard time.
