Hello, Tamers!
At first, we really apologize for our users.
We know that some of Digimon Masters users are experiencing disconnection issue to login with "Disconnect from the server" message.
According to our investigation, the problem is caused while implement transferring from Joymax to Movegames.
Our developers and operators are currently working on the problem.
There is a little difference disconnect problem is caused by instable network between game server and personal network which is used by users.
To resolve this issue also, we will try to change and renew network equipment related with it.
To provide smooth game service, we are going to do best work continually.
Please understand our situation.
