Hello, this is Digimon Masters!
As we all know, these past few days, Lucemon Server was encountering frequent server downs and we know that most of our players are having a hard time staying connected in the game.
We would like to extend our apologies to all of our players for the frequent server downs that the servers have experienced. Currently, we are doing our best to determine and fix the probable cause of the problem.
Rest assured that it is in our highest interest to resolve this kind of issue promptly for you guys to fully enjoy the new content and update. Please bear with us as we continuously improve our service.
Lastly, an appropriate compensation to all affected players are already being discussed. Please wait for further announcement for more details.
