I can tell u just 1 solution just to go online but even it wont work unless pack01 get fixed, Move Pack01, start launcher then move back Pack01 where it is and u can go online but just for few sec

People are literally quitting your game because of this. I have a friend who has spent money, not much, throughout the years on this game, and he said hes done after this bug, he will never play again

yes i agree, there's either some locked file and launcher is unable to download or load it or there's missing files that should be there and it can't find them.
