[Improve Play environment]

Added play environment improvements.

- Improvements
1. The electronic display message displayed on the game screen has been improved by adding the [Display Board Function], setting to the additional function settings in the menu interface settings, which allows you to turn on or off the electronic sign message displayed on the game screen. (Some item acquisition messages, some Digimon evolution slot open messages, etc.)
2. Improvements will be made so that the Masters Membership function can be used while riding a Digimon.
3. Improvements have been made so that you can check the master grade effect for each seal in the Seal Master window even when two or more seals are applied.
