Master Match is basically for high level OP macro players, how can new players, or a month old players can get a chance to get good prize?

In Leviamon who is user "XT660" and "NivekNv7" I have never seen them anywhere, they have 23000 and 26000 points o.O "vacssasuke" too used bot and "IceTaiga" yesterday they say for megaphone.
