Clad in a duster coat over a weathered brass exoskeleton, its core is a malfunctioning clockwork engine. It is a bounty hunter that hunts for rare, corrupted data. It uses an ancient steam-powered Aether-Rust Blunderbuss to fire devastating projectiles, and a clockwork Gilded Lasso that drains energy from its prey. Its motives are unknown, perhaps driven by faint remnants of its original, forgotten purpose.
