There were number of questions about certain topics that we have been getting and receiving from all of you. We have prepared somehow clear answers with this Frequently Asked Questions thread. This is to provide you with additional knowledge of the game and other issues that come with it. And we, Joymax hope you know that we are listening to you and always trying our best to make a better game playing environment.
 
Monster Item Drop Cap
Drop Penalty according to level difference with monster, which is called Drop Cap, is one of general system applied in most MMORPG titles. It has been applied in the game to provide pleasant game environment to protect economical balance and prevent use of illegal software.
 
Monster Item Drop Cap in Digimon Masters was relieved and re-adjusted as requested from most players who complained about the system felt inconvenient in terms of game play.
Although this system will not be completely removed but, we will continuously do our best to keep improving it and see if it affects any kind of inconveniences for normal game playing to our valued tamers.
 
Macro protector & bots
In case of macro protector, we are carefully considering how to handle it because legit players might get damaged if it’s abused. On the other hand, it could be considered useless if it has too many restrictions.
Drop Cap, Hack shield and Etc. has been currently applied to prevent bot player in Digimon Masters. But we are agonizing more various ways to provide pleasant game environment.
 
If you observe suspected tamer who uses illegal program, Please report it to customer support on official web site.
We will take appropriate actions to reported character as soon as we check the character information, so that comfortable Digimon World will be provided to our players.
 
Paypal Premium Silk
Paypal is currently unavailable option for purchasing premium silk by a policy of Paypal.
If you want to purchase premium silk you can use ‘Paysafecard’ and ‘Paybycash’ in Europe, ‘Incomm’ in North America and Canada, ‘CashU’ in Middle-East Asia. We also have e-Pin purchase method already prepared  for players who cannot use ‘Paypal’ or other options. However, these purchase options does not cover all countries. If anyone cannot use these purchase options mentioned above, please make an inquiry to our customer support. We will do our we will our best to provide the best way to purchase premium silk matching with you.
 
New Maps
New maps will consistently be updated. Rest assured that we would like to do our best provide game environment like Digital world just as it is for coming up to players’ expectation.
 
Evoluter & DigiEgg Price or Event
Changing or remarking the price of items is not easy but it had been optimally earmarked by considering the value of item, current/future item that will be registered in cash shop and other various ways. However, we will be continuously considering, monitoring and analyzing every other situations that can satisfy all our tamers.
Plus, we are hoping you to expect for what we are currently preparing are many kinds of item discount event and game events to experience cash items for all our tamers particularly who get burdened due to the price.
 
Partner/Starter Digimon Archive Storage Function
Agumon, Gaomon, Lalamon and Falcomon are Partner Digimon of tamer that should always be on tamer’s side according to the original Digimon Masters animation. Development also followed the original concept of the animation, and that is why Agumon, Gaomon, Lalamon and Falcomon are developed as not to store in the Digimon archive.
 
It could rather be illogical, but we ask for our value tamers to understand that the game should follow the concept of the original Digimon Masters animation.
 
Tentomon Burst Mode : Tyrrantkabuterimon
We see you are fully aware of Tyrrantkabuterimon, which is the burst mode of Tentomon.
Right! Tyrrantkabuterimon is the one of most expected Digimon as considered the king of insect type Digimon.
Burst mode of Tentomon will be added soon but it is not confirmed in the detail yet. We also have our own expectations on how the figure of Tyrrantkabuterimon will come to us.
 
Status Alignment Like Poison, Paralyze, Stun
Digimon Masters is SF Fantasy MMORPG that has been made, based on the back ground of Digimon animation that all the skills have been applied, based on the animation as well.
 
One that our tamer asked for status alignment such as poison, paralyze and stun are difficult to apply at the moment but we will continuously be finding a way with the game developer to reflect our valued tamer's opinion in the future.
 
Channel 1 Lag Problem
Channel one in Dats Center is the place where most players who want to exchange items or check out stalls. When you enter this area or move to mainly populated area, the lag can occur. We suggest lowering the graphic options to minimize the lag problem.
 
Channel Selection
Channel of Digimon Masters can be changed, based on the number of players who connect in one region. With this system, a region where has many tamers has several channels, while another that has lesser tamers only shows few channels.
 
We would like to ask for our tamers’ understanding that changing channel is possible for now, but personally saving one channel connection to play permanently in that channel is not possible to apply due to circumstances.
 
PvP
PvP system is now on development and we expect to top open in summer. We will do our best to finish on time, so please wait with us until then.
 
Guilmon, Lunamon, Palmon, Lopmon and other update date
New Digimon update is one the updates that we are mostly expecting to have as you are.:D
As you may know, Guilmon is now available alongside with the big updates, wishing you will have a chance to possess Guilmon!
 
Palmon has already been released so please log on to the game to see, and this could be another one in your wishlist, Lopmon is also standing in line.
 
Lastly, Lunamon update is a secret. XD"
