Good day to all new tamers! To answer most of the questions you may have before starting to play Digimon Masters Online, we would like to provide you with this simple guide to start you off with your Digital adventure.

Answers:

1. Types of DigiEggs

There are 3 types of it:

Cracked DigiEggs (for return)
-You can return it to the NPC to receive some gold

Normal DigiEggs
-You can scan it and obtain random items from it. The items that can be obtained from it such are food,    disk, Data, Chipsets, and tamer's equipment’s.

Hatchable/Mercenary DigiEggs
-DigiEgg that hatch at the incubator for mercenary digimon.

Hatchable DigiEgg dropped.

2. How to delete or release the Digimon?
-Press V click on the digimon that you wanted to release. And then verify your email.

3. How can I get hatchable digimon eggs?
-You can obtain it from
• Loot from fallen digimons/enemies
• Reward from quests
• Buy it from Cash Shop (100% hatch able egg)

4. How to hatch digimon's egg?
-Talk to Incubator that can be found in town. Then register your mercenary digimon's egg, and insert the required data...

-The egg can only be hatch if more than 3/5 of the data input is succeed, if it's fail, then the digiegg will be destroyed!
3/5 is the minimum requirement for hatching, you can insert up to 5/5
Digimon with more data are much stronger and slightly bigger than the 3/5

6. How can I ride my digimon?
-First, make sure that your digimon is ride able. Your digimon must be equipped with RiderWing which can be purchase from Megumi at Yokohama Village for about 500M!
You can get free RiderWing from quest; unfortunately it's only for Drimogemon...

ModeSelector is required if the digimon is only rideable when it's evolved. (Eg. as SaberLeomon, MetalGarurumon & Phoenixmon)

7. How can I expand my Digimon storage/archive/slot?
-You need to have DigimonArchive Expansion, which can be purchase at Cash Shop

8. What is the words/titles on top of players' name?
-Those titles can be obtained when you achieve certain mission/achievements. Press Y and choose Acquired Title

9. Why can't I trade some of the items and hatchable eggs?
-Probably because it is character bound... Mercenary DigiEgg that you get as quest rewards are always character bound, it cannot be traded.

10. Where can I find the warehouse/storage?
-Talk to PawnChessmon W at DATS Center beside Richard Sampson

11. How can I open store/personal shop?
-You need to have Personal shop license which can be purchase from Director Hashima for 5M

12. What is the difference between food and disk?
-Disks can be use both, during battle or not in battle. As for food, it can only be consume if you're not in battle.
HP Disks price are slightly higher than food, but DS Disk is cheaper than Vitamin Drinks.

13. How can I get an aura?
-When your digimon reach a high (level 46) or max level, as for now its level 75

14. How can I dance?
-Type /dance

15. Is there any other command beside /dance?
Yup, here's the list:
• /dance
• /hi

• /despair
• /cheer
• /joy
• /taunt
• /flex

16. Why my mercenary digimon not evolving even though it has reach the required level?
-You need Evoluter in order to unlock mercenary digimons' digivolution line. It can be purchase from Cash Shop, or by collecting DigiCores

17. Why other player’s digimon is is bigger than mine?
-Probably because their digimon is 4/5 or 5/5, or maybe they use Growth Fruits

18. What is Digicore and where can I get it?

-You can exchange it with other items at DATS Center "Kamemon Shop"
- Digicores can be obtain by scanning high level DigiEggs (3/5, 4/5, 5/5)  and also by scanning hatchable DigiEggs (Drops)
-You can get “Digicore” by scanning unwanted “Mercenary DigiEgg”

How to get a Digicore
Step1: Place the unwanted egg to the scanner

Step2: Press “Ok” to begin Scanning

Note:
The number of Digicore that you can get will vary on the quality of the DigiEgg that you use.

19. What is the Enhancement System and how to do it?
-It's a new system in Digimon Masters where you can improve the stats of your digimon, specifically, AT, CR, EV, and BL [A stat only obtainable viva this system, Block]

How do you Enchanting a Stat?

You will need:

If Enchanting a stat that is Lv 1 -> 3:
Digi-Clone Rank D

If Enchanting a stat that is Lv 4 -> 6:
Digi-Clone Rank C

If Enchanting a stat that is Lv 7 -> 9:
Digi-Clone Rank B

If Enchanting a stat that is Lv 10 -> 12:
Digi-Clone Rank A + 50M (Will be available from Mar 20th)

How to enchant the stat?

1: Select the digimon you want enhanced beforehand, making it your active digimon.
2: Talk to Commander Sampson, at the bottom of his dialogue/quest list, there should be an option with the DATS logo next to it.
3: Click on the panel that says START. It'll light up when you hover over it.
4: Click in the stat you want to upgrade.
5: Right click/Drag the appropriate D-Clone. The second box is for Backup Disks (Failure Protection)
6: Click the 2nd Button
7: Music will change, and 16 cards will show up. Select one.
8: If the card is Success, your chosen stat will be enhanced. If it is FAIL, your items will be lost, and the stat may downgrade, or it may stay the same, a fail will not reduce rank if you use a Backup Disc.
9: Repeat if need be
10: To exit, click the X, or press ESC. Then, click the door with EXIT over it.

Backup Discs:
Backup disk protect you from the damage caused by failure of enchantment, you can purchase Backup Disk in the Cash Shop.

20. How to use the Cash Shop?
First click the icon at the lower right corner of the screen

Then Cash Shop Window will be displayed, choose “Premium Silk” or “Normal Silk”
-This depends on what type of Silk are you using.

Then choose a category of the item you wish to purchase.

Click purchase under the item that you wish to buy.

Items that you purchased will fall on “Cash Shop Warehouse” which automatically appears once the purchase is done.

21. Is there any other way to download digimon client?
-Here's the direct link of Digimon Masters client:
