At first, we apologize for this inconvenience.

We know many tamers have a problem about connection reward.

Actually, each time period(30 min, 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours) for the reward will be counted as soon as you receive the connection reward for each.

However, when reward window doesn`t display at suitable time in-game by network error or tamers out of keyboard, some tamers can be confused"Even why did I connect with game more than 3 hours, can't obtain all of them at the same time"at those points probably.

So our team has been decided the connection reward based on accumulated connection time.
It will be fixed & updated with next patch(within Mar)

When you see our reward message, you should receive it immediately until update is completed.
