Welcome Back Tamer Gift is missing!

Instead of getting welcome back tamer gift, they gave me Lucemon gift box with only 5 Back up disk and this is from Omegamon Server. This screenshot was taken on the 1st week after the Omegamon server released. But still no response. Good Day Everyone
