Guys just delete the Shops0044_Mссс_GA.dds file and Shops0044_Mссс_Grayy_GA.dds and game will work.

Open Launcher until it gives the Error> Goes to the GDMO Folder> Search for: shop> Deletes 3 files 0044 that appear. MAKE SURE YOU WAIT UNTIL U GET THE ERROR AND DONT RESTART LAUNCHER UNTIL AFTER

You do not even take a stand, at least tell us you are doing something. Or if you are not able to do so then I would sometimes exchange the staff times, other DMOs get it but also regulated.
