We're well aware of everyone confused and asking what is happening with the New Year's Tree Event Points and first of all, we would like to apologize for the confusion.

Unfortunately, we were caught up with other projects and tasks during the period of this Event which delayed the entire Event process significantly which we were not expecting. We are aware that this might have caused a bit of panic as to why there was no communication from our side about this issue.

Due to this, we would like to thank you all for your daily support. In no way, your comments and messages are ignored but we don't want to give false or incorrect information if we don't have the exact date as to when will all be solved properly.

We now know that all of the Points/Rewards are expected to be finished and redistributed properly within the next week from today (22th~28th of January 2018), so you don't need to worry.

Again, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or worry that this delay might have caused and we will do our best to improve our next Event for your enjoyment.
